Formal Education- this is because formal education gives you a solid bed rock to acheiving the necessary skills needed in any fiels of endeavour. With formal education you fit into any facet of society and do better at anything you are assigned to do even if it is as common as driving. Describe the benefits of working with others when working with others, you learn and tap from their wealth of knowledge since no man knows all. Apart from on the job experience you get from others, you learn to acclamatize better through their own experiences. Describe the benefits of working alone When working alone you grow better in private decision making as it pertains to your primary duty. You also develop your judgement skills on situations surrounding your work place and office. What was your worst working experience? Not being paid for over six months What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? When you put in your best, it is always recognized and appreciated. What unique skills do you have? Excellent communication, good judgement, good at imparting knowledge, very quick at learning, open minded and hearted, ability to work and deliver under pressure, work perfectly without supervision once given my duties. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? A teaching job in a university What are the most interesting aspects of your field? The joy of imparting knowledge and knowing it is being understood and helping to build the future, as it is, of a nation. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? when it seems what you work hard at acheiving is not recieved as you would expect. What do you expect from your employer?
