I consider both as equally important, in that one need formal education to prepare him for the job market whilst the skills helps to achive maximum output.

What was your worst working experience?
Once when i was working as a sound technician,i was not able to record a whole programm due to a faulty cassette tape.

I have learnt that one need to be humbly and cooperate with others as well as following laid down procedure.
