(A diploma which allows you to own, run or work in a bar) Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Both are important for different reasons. Formal education gives you theoretical knowledge, but the real skilla are acquired on the job. Describe the benefits of working with others Working with others gives you a good social network. I have very good social skills, and I am able to adapt quite well to the person I am communicating with. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? A job in which I can communicate with alot of different people / customers. I need a job with responsibility & dinamics.(Travel guide or a bartender job for example) What are the most interesting aspects of your field? I get to meet intelligent & intellectual people who have something to say. As a bartender I use humor alot in my work. This gives me lots pleasure. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? Working in a small village. (The same stories day after day.)
