For IT work, and any other work associate with online gaming ie CS or fraud analyast etc try www.bettingjobs.com All the online gaming companys in Gibraltar are listed there. I have been back here a year now, and all of you should know that the Tax is very high here (45% over 15000), as is the general Bills of life.(water and electric avarage at 80 a month, Renting a apartment is anywhere from 750 a month to 3000+ and you do not get any tax relief on it, so i would advise if you are a couple with no kids to rent in spain first. The education department is anal, and you must be resident in Gib to school your children, even though you may be paying tax and insurance. and you will need ID cards and permit of residency to get them into school...other than that go for it!
