Education What fields have you worked in before? Education, Social services, Human Resources. What qualifications do you hold? Bachelor degree in Social Work. Master in human resources management and development, Master in education of languages. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Both, are equally important, people got talent and that is potencially significant, but never get to reach the complete develop of those talents if can get instruction to make the best of those skills. Describe the benefits of working with others Adavatages and benefits, can make my own knowledge richer, theres is always something to learn form others. Othe benefit is cooperation, it is important to have coworkers advice an help, and feel helpful to others when there is a common goal. Describe the benefits of working alone It is easier to manage your own time and schedule, it gives you more independence, maybe don't have to discuss point of view. You get all credits for the work done, but take all the responsability too. What was your worst working experience? I haven't had one. I think i have being lucky enough to work in good conditions. Maybe I had a bad experience when i didn't get my contract renewed in my first job, after i had worked so hard, but i understood there was a political reason to do this, maybe it sounded unfair to me. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? There is always something I can learn. And even when work is an important part of my life I have to always make a room form my paersonal and family life. What unique skills do you have? I am patien and persistent as anyone, never give up. This is part of my personality skills. As a professional I would say, I always want to know more. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? My dream work is some kind of work that brings me satisfaction, helping other people in any part of their life. Get a salary enough to pay good vacations with my family every year. Work in a nice team, and have and schedule that allows me have weekend for my hobbies. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? Know other people reality and help them to change what they are able to change, in education, while students grow, i have the chance to make a little contribution for them to get a better life. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? Probably exigences form the system, but that is somethig i can't change, but I can do the best in what is under my hands. Why are you appliying on this page right now? Because, I really want to find an employer who gives me the chance to work hard and with a grade of autonomy. It's being so hard to find a job since I have moved to Spain, two years ago, and my desire to go ahead with my career is so big that I am looking all over the possibilities to find someone to trust in me and allow me to show my skills and quality as a person and employee.
