Formal education or skills and why? They both play an important part in a balanced well rounded individual. Describe the benefits of working with others Learning from other individuals is priceless. A person who is unable to work well around others, can find no place in the workforce. Describe the benefits of working alone Working alone if you are disiplined and are able to concentrate can acomplish many things. What was your worst working experience? I once was employed as a window washer in Las Vegas in the middle of the summer. The average tempature was 110 degrees. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? To be a good employee you first and for most must be punctual. Being on time and completing the task on hand is your goal as a good employee. What unique skills do you have? I have the basic computer skills down. I would have to say that my most unique skill is the ability to conversate with people, while still completing the task on hand. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? Working at a job that I really enjoy, while accomplishing something positive. Also making alot of money would be on the top of my list.
