In my opinion nowadays is pretty important to be high educated to reach goals which we had set for ourselfs. Well, but what would be a education a.k.a piece of information floating in your brain without a knowledge how exactly to use it in a real life? So, i guess more exploitable are skills acquired during the job the person attended and a attitude you work with, in other words- if u want everything is possible.

For us is working with other stuff kind of motivation. We consider ouselfs as sociable, sometimes too much :)So we truly do enjoy working with others- it can bring a nice atmosphere to the work. It is more than awesome to work with people who can built an intelligent team which is vital for comany´s prosper of course. To be surrounded with a strong, creative people is a for us lot more stimulating as to have around yes-men.

We prefer to work in a company of people, but it wouldnt be a deal to work alone.
What was your worst working experience?
There was any experience which can be named as the worst. Just some reflexions are on my mind- because we were expected to work as a professionals in a five-star-hotel and the pleasant situation was that we actually were not.So it took some week to learn how to work under the pressure and to be handle also more difficult situations.
What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?
As my great greek-american supervisor used to say: " Never bring your personal shit to work."- what is sometimes hard but u have to do it. Also that a good waiter has to be an actor in the same person. For me one of the most weighty factors was tha u have to be a family "on the stage".
