We have developed very sophisticated transaction processing systems, where payments are received and redirected via a network of managers, who act as individuals. This revolutionary approach allows decreasing business money transfer tax to 13% as opposed to 34% usual for European countries.
Definition
To plan, organize, direct and control payments;
To provide technical expertise and assistance in the proper care;
To ensure compliance with payment processing program;
To perform other duties relative to assigned area of responsibility.
Supervision Received and Exercised
• Receives supervision from the Senior Manager.
• Non-dependence on subordinated technical support staff.
Essential Function Statements
Essential and other important responsibilities and duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:
Essential Functions:
• Process work requests necessary to maintain an effective payments transfer program;
• Managing cash and balancing receipts;
• Making collections;
• Posting payments;
• Making bank deposits;
• Operating within prescribed budgets;
• Consult with Senior Manager in developing payment schedules;
• Coordinate the assignments;
• Operate a computer and modern software to operate and maintain a computerized operations program;
• Perform related duties and responsibilities as required.
Scope of operations
This rather non-sophisticated job includes the following operations, for example: our client transfers the amount of $1000 to your bank account as payment for our goods. You collect the money, keep $100 for yourself as your commission (10%) and send the remaining $900 to the Senior Manager according to our instructions. Western Union charges are paid not from your $100 commission, but from the remaining $900.
Qualifications
Knowledge and comfort with:
• Operational characteristics, services and activities of the company;
• Methods, materials, and equipment used in an operations function.
• PC and Internet operations.
Ability to:
• Check e-mail several times a day;
• Open and operate with several personal bank accounts available in major authorized banks in your country.
• Develop schedules to accomplish the goals.
• Respond to emergency call-outs and take appropriate action.
• Maintain confidentiality of information obtained during the course of work.
• Understand and follow oral and written instructions.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with those contacted in the course of work.
• Work independently with limited supervision.
• Analyze situations accurately and adopt an effective course of action.
• Plan and organize work to meet schedules and timelines in an environment with constantly changing priorities.
• Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
