Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

To me both are valuable because there must be a balance of Theory and Practice. Each suffers without the other.

Describe the benefits of working with others

Working with others is a basic essential for all levels of communication, especially in teaching. Compassion and understanding are virtues often acquired when working with others and to be able to inspire those around you is for me the ultimate success in working with others.

Describe the benefits of working alone

To work alone is to transport oneself in one's own private world of creativity. All great creative acts come from working alone.

What was your worst working experience?

My worst working experience was when ever there was nlack of respect in the working environment

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?

Do not rush into any dazzling prospect. It usually turns half hearted and a disappointment.

My 'dream job' would be working at a reputable Art School Establishment, private or otherwise or at any similarly organized Art related Institution.

What are the most interesting aspects of your field?

The most interesting aspects of my field is that I feel while teaching that it is I who is learning instead of the students.

How do you feel about what you do as an Artist?

I feel absolutely elated at the fact that I can put down on Canvas what I imagine. It is truly a magic nature has endowed me with and I creat all my paintings with this respect in mind.
