I am previously associated with Banking and finance What qualifications do you hold? I am a Bachelor degree graduate. Passed the Comprehensive Civil Service Exam and had a work experienced in the bank. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Formal education. Skills are already God given gifts that all you need to do is to develop it. While education is somewhat you have to really work for it. Formal education can give you more opportunities and if you have this plus the skill, it will help you be on the top. Describe the benefits of working with others The work will be easier to be done and working in a group would help you a lot to learn more and expand your horizon. When I forgot to pay the insurance premium of the client and my boss reprimanded me about it. Yet, in the end it was settled. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?
