Responsible for the data encoding, production and printing of the GSIS Ecard Plus to all GSIS Members, Pensioners and Survivors What fields have you worked in before? IT related What qualifications do you hold? A.B. Economics Graduate Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? formal education because it includes basic learning, elementary and high school, and post-secondary school (college, trades or technical school, or university). unlike skills it only focus in one particular job. also in formal education skills are also acquired and honed. Describe the benefits of working with others in working with others you learn to mingle with various personalities hence acquisition of further knowledge is attained. Describe the benefits of working alone there are jobs that need concentration hence working alone would be beneficial and necessary in attaining the goal. however it is better to be with other co-workers as it follows the saying "to heads are better than one". What was your worst working experience? when i went to a remote province where people are non-responsive. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? to be patient What unique skills do you have? with my former job all of us know the same skills. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? to be a computer programmer and to learn more about IT What are the most interesting aspects of your field? most interesting aspect in my field is to answers costumer’s queries regarding Ecard Plus (my previous job) What are the least interesting aspects of your field? you cannot satisfy everybody.
