looking for a job( caregiver)what type of job are you looking for? Im looking for a caregiving job....but i dont mind of any job and i have plenty of work experience.currently im here in london working as a caregiver i like to find in other country like GUAM. What languages do you speak (and at what level)? Tagalog, bisaya, and English. What State are you looking to work in and why? i dont care what states do i need to work as long as i can work or have a job.. What field do you currently work in? currently im working as a Health CAre Assistant or Caregiver here in UK.. What fields have you worked in before? I work before as personnal caregiver and working also as florist for 2 years and volunteer Missionary for 2 years of the church of jesus christ of latter day saints. What qualifications do you hold? i took Vocational course which is caregiving... Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? i consider most valuable is the skills than formal education,plenty of people who are professional or the are very educated dont have the skills, unlike to those people who dont have formal education more skillfull..like in my situation i just took caregiving course and i never been to college but i have plenty of skill that i can apply to the job that i am going to apply and to be fit in me i have the love and passion of work...they said if you love your work you can do everything it mean you can make a difference between those people who have the formal educaation. Describe the benefits of working with others what i have experience as of now i work in a healthcare and workin with nurse and doctors who are same job that i got but me im not same with them that they have the degree, working with other people is an opportunity for me specially they are doctors and nurses i learned from them and also they learned from me.you will know by yourself on working with other people on how you measure your skills compare to them. Describe the benefits of working alone working alone is not bad being alone if you know what you are going to do and if you really have the skills and the knowledge for the job that you fit in and i think not all the time that you are being alone of course you need also a co worker that would help you so that the job it would be easy. What was your worst working experience? i dont remember that i have worst experience since iw find a job, maybe for the first you got a job is that you cant do it perfectly but in the long run you work better. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? what lesson do i have learned throughout my career? onething that i learned is that i know how to give importance of the job that i have, to love and be passionate of it.because if you love your career is not hard for you to do the things. What unique skills do you have? the uniquesness thata i have is that i can do everything, i cand be a flower arranger, i can be a gifthwrapper, i can be a singer but not a dancer im good in it.to tell you the truth the uniquemess in me it the whole of me itself of what i can do what i can give and how i can perform the job properly. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? i have a plently of dream jon one of them is working in a cruise ship, but the closest dream jon that i consider is the caregiving. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? i think the interesting aspect is that i have the love and he passison of the people that i care...i think that wouldbe the most interesting aspect. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? the least is i got easily affected of the person that i care specailly in the older people it is my weakness when someone pass away. Am i qualified for a job? As far as i have known not just because i made this question..i think i cant say that i am qualified for a job, i know if i will said that i am qualified but in my employers im not..so my qualificaation it depends on the employer who will employ you. for myself i know what my skills and i know my knowledge, but i am glad if someone would hire me as thier employee.
