Formal education or skills and why? skills education is important, but i considered skills because some people graduated with degree,but unfortunate to find jobs according to the field they had been chosen, and if they got an skills with the other work it was easy for them to jump into other job that still will suite them. Describe the benefits of working with others the benefits of working with other is like putting more knowledge into you. like gathering more information in a sense of exchanging ideas to one another,building a strong relationship with the group. What was your worst working experience? my worst working experience is when i work with the person who tries to use me just to fulfill their hidden agenda,and got nothing to do than to tell my superiors and be a part of a big investigation and at the end,got no choice than quitting the job also.
