This place will fulfill my longing dreams to work abroad. In Guam, i can help my family have our own house by landing a job. What field do you currently work in? For now,i have no work.I am engaged in a small business. What fields have you worked in before? During my college days,i was once employed as an Assistant Secretary.My civilian work started after graduating in college with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Management. I was hired as a Cashier in one of the known Department Store in our province. After which, i was transferred to a Hotel as a Front Office Officer. My last work was as a Inventory Clerk. What qualifications do you hold? As for me i am College graduate. Has worked in different fields with different loads of work. Because in my work place before we do multi tasking. Willing to learn. Mobile. Passed the Civil Service Sub-Professional Examination. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Both are important for me, education is one's tool in landing a good job immediately after graduating as long as u possess the courage and know how to use your tool. While skills are useful in performing our jobs efficiently. Without one's skills we can't do anything. Our skills can be sharpen through formal education. Describe the benefits of working with others When working with others, we work as a team. Team building is visible. We can learn more things which we can apply in other fields or work. Sharing what we have and what we know with others is one of the best thing we can do. Learning is sharing. Describe the benefits of working alone While working alone, we learn to solve our problems or work by ourselves and not just depending on others idea. Alone, our mind keeps on working and sharpen often. Profit on working alone, all the credits goes to you. And trust is positively given to you immediately. Confidence is boosted. What was your worst working experience? My worst working experience was working over time without being paid off for almost half of my 10 years of working. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Value and love your work. Contribute what you have to contribute in the company that your working.
