I speak my local dialect Bicol, national language Tagalog and International language English- out of 10, level 7 What State are you looking to work in and why? I prefer in Guam because there are a lot of job opportunities upcoming next year specially in constructions due to the planned US military base. What field do you currently work in? Presently I am working as a building maintenance supervisor as well as personal driver of my employer. I am also doing house renovations as my sideline. What fields have you worked in before? I was engaged in marine exporting business for two years as a personal assistant of a Taiwanese employer. What qualifications do you hold? Within the 11 years of service in my current employer I think that is much credible than holding any certificate proven my qualification. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? In my own view,everybody needs a formal education but if you don't know how to use your knowledge instead you will prefer to undergo a skill training that you may use in your future career. However,skill education is more appropriate for a industrialize or developing countries. Describe the benefits of working with others Working with other people and or personnel is more beneficial for every employee. This will develop a good working relationship among co- subordinates to attain a task or a goal. Describe the benefits of working alone That will be too hard to work alone but if you can manage the stress of your job. I think this will be enough challenge for a certain employee to gain a trust and confident of an employer. What was your worst working experience? Until now I can hardly forget the moment I obeyed the instruction of my past employer which could lead to my death. I encountered several gunmen who came into my office and looking for my boss and pointed a gun on my forehead and was asking to pay the debt of my employer. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? The most important lesson i have learned in my career is to develop my personality. Being courteous, trustworthy,punctual,obedient, polite and mature. What unique skills do you have? I don't know how you will distinguish a unique skills as far as I know I am a fast learner, good listener and easy to go with. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? Everyone has a dream job but unluckily, they just got their job for a reason. I would rather take a job that will make me comfortable and happy than having my dream job at all.
