I've been teaching Grade One for 17 years now. What fields have you worked in before? I have been in education career since I graduated. What qualifications do you hold? I am a hardworking, honest, courteous, diligent and knowledgeable personnel. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Both.Through formal education you learned the different methods, strategies and approaches in teaching.You can only prove the effectiveness of all learned concepts once you put them into practice. Describe the benefits of working alone I can concentrate better with my work by working alone. What was your worst working experience? Nothing.I consider all those hardships that I encountered in my teaching career as challenges that will make me become better. I never neglect any task given to me and and by doing such i was rewarded in many different aspects. What unique skills do you have? They said I am very good in handling Grade One that's why they don't want me to teach other grades.My superiors always mention that best teachers should be assigned to the first graders.
