What field do you currently work in? a maintenace personel of a refinnary plant. we fabrecate a storage tank such volume of morethan thousands ltrs. capacity. and install a pipe line from the machine to storage and other outlet of oil passages. What qualifications do you hold? a tesda certefied welder cer. i have many expereince about welding work such as pipe welder,fabrecation work,istructural welding jobs and other idea and exprience about welding works... Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? for me both are important cause you have formal educ.and skills its easy to catch up a kind of work do you like to learn.
