What field do you currently work in? I am currently engage in Sales and supervisory level What fields have you worked in before? I have worked as accounting clerk in a Bank, cashier/data encoder in a manufacturing firm and sales representative in an appliance store. What qualifications do you hold? I have a 9-year work experience in an accounting environment. I can handle subordinates properly. I'm a fast learner and a team player. I have patience in attending to details. I'm easy to work with. I am punctual and honest. Have a sense of responsibility. Knows how to value time and money. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? I think it's skills. Because without skills nobody could get good result to perform. Describe the benefits of working with others Working with others will help you increase your social skills and you will learn how to be a part of a team by encouraging others. It will also teach you how to give and take in terms of sharing ideas. Describe the benefits of working alone Working alone will give you an opportunity to concentrate and it will also brings out the best in you. What was your worst working experience? I think my worst working experience was when i worked in an appliance store wherein they didn't gave me any benefits which is according to gov't. law like social security system. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? I have learned that if you want to be successful in whatever field your are in, you should learn to love what you're doing and do it with all your strength. And also don't limit yourself to what you know but always give your self opportunity to explore new things. What unique skills do you have? I am good in office operations. But i think what makes me different is that i love to interact with people. I love to participate in brainstorming in able to have a better outcome of work. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? When I was a child working in a Bank company was really my dream job. But as I grew older i realized that what I really want is to have a stable & secure job abroad specifically in Guam. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? The most interesting aspect of my field is that I get to interact with others and i have the opportunity to learn from them and from me also in return. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? The least interesting aspect of my field is that I get used to everyday work that it becomes so routine.
