Formal education or skills and why? It depends on what job you have, but for me it's better if you have both, formal education and skills Describe the benefits of working with others It's great working with other people because you can share your knowledge to them and you can also learn what they got. In short good communication resulting to good working relationship Describe the benefits of working alone I can work with less supervision because of my present job as Quality Control Coordinator, but based in my own experience, it's better to work with others. I think there's no benefit of working alone, but again it is on case to case basis. What was your worst working experience? My worst working experience is when i forgot to ask for an advice to my boss about my surveillance. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? My important lesson is you need to ensure that everytime you need to decide about the job, always make sure that it is based on papers or requirements as per Company rules. What unique skills do you have? I think my unique skills is about my job, because so far even not 100% but let's say 85% I know many things in Constructions and Maintenance of facilities because of my current job as Quality Coordinator. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? My dream job so far as of now is to become a Manager What are the most interesting aspects of your field? Quality Inspections.
