Guam first is they prioritize filipino workers and Guam is a progressive country What field do you currently work in? I worked here in Singapore in one of the biggest IT Solution Company in Asia( Jardine Matheson Group) as a Sales Executive. What fields have you worked in before? I worked in the United Arab of Emirates as Administrative & Human Resource Officer What qualifications do you hold? Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Management Graduate and finished also a Vocational Course in Tourism so all in all i finished 2 courses equivalent to 6 years. Marine Training , Basic Safety Training,Certificate of Competency for the seaferers and Seaman's Book Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? For me its Bothe Education and Skills because if you have this proper education you can path your directions and your main objectives of your carreer and skills its how you apply all your theory and ability in establishing your credibility to your distinctive field of industry you want to get in. Describe the benefits of working with others The Benefits of working with others is you know how to socialize, get along and most important deal with them & through them you can share your ideas and on our side we can learn and explore & worked together as one hand as a team. Describe the benefits of working alone Working alone means working harder, longer, and smarter, just to keep up the work standards high and without feeling down, achieve business objectives and when it comes to decision making you decide alone. What was your worst working experience? The worst working experience that i have is when the recession comes in Dubai where i really enjoy my worked in the Marine Industry engaged in International Dredging & Construction Company as Crewing Officer where i used to handle 20 Vessels What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Always be Ready and Prepare by all means. What unique skills do you have? I worked with the Marine people and i am only woman working in the company assisting the Superintendent for day to day operations for 30 Vessels capacity of 300 people on board and manage to arrange some incidents and other problems in the port in absence of the top management ( Strong Foundation of Decision Making) What would you consider as your 'dream job'? Someday to be a Marine Crewing Manager or Administrative Manager or Administrator What are the most interesting aspects of your field? The most interesting aspects in my field is where i bring myself into a new faced of my career in the Marine Industry supporting in the Oil & Gas company and other Civil Constructions works where i really prove my ability & skills to this kind of job. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? Administrative/Documents Controller/Human Resource Management
