I am an Ex Indian Navy sailor,who after serving for 20 years for the country,left on 31 may 2009 and after that in order to make my career in the field of safety joined MARBU CONTRACTING COMPANY WLL, DOHA,STATE OF QATAR, as a safety Engineer on 04 April 2010. What fields have you worked in before? In Indian Navy in the field of Executive Branch.Related subjects were - fire and safety,Administration,field safety,leadership traits and motivation,instructional duties,safety audits,logistic support,material management,seamanship,rigging work,boat handling,nuclear biological and chemical warfare including fire fighting and damage control,check off list,weapons and sensors operations etc What qualifications do you hold? Graduation in geography,Master diploma in business administration(specialization in personnel management)Diploma in security and safety.OSHA 30 hr. course,NEBOSH IGC,First aid instructor course. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? to get maximum utilization both are required because to understand the concept of any topic or subject one must understands the basic first.However the skill has an edge over formal education. Describe the benefits of working with others We learn as fast as possible.chances of mistakes are very less.more minds more ideas and techniques to be used.understands the culture and methods of working and skills. What was your worst working experience? sailing in a warship for search and rescue operation in a very very rough sea without food and water. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? quality matters,and hard work never goes in vain. What unique skills do you have? I am disciplined,sincere and above all has the confidence to adjust myself in any circumstance with self belief and confidence.
