Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

Both, but skills weigh far more importance. Education must be translated into work output, if you are to venture into a field which requires manual labor.

Describe the benefits of working with others

Working with others makes a task or a job easier rather than alone. Team work is essential in achieving a goal that is directed towards carrying a task assigned to an individual or a group.

Describe the benefits of working alone

Working alone also has its benefits. One benefit I see is that the work done by you would be rendered yours. Ownership or credit cannot be attributed to anybody else other than you. And sometimes, doing things yourself makes a task easier.

What was your worst working experience?

When the credit due to me was given to others. A year's worth of hardwork and perseverance gone to waste because others chose to take a short cut.

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?

The most important lesson in life I have learned in life is to TRUST yourself, because it is in trusting yourself, that you can achieve more than what you know you used to do, would motivate you to aim higher, to outdo even your own accomplishments, NEVER SETTLING FOR SECOND BEST.

What unique skills do you have?

Leadership and organizational skills. Effective communication and public speaking Patience and perseverance (if some people consider it a skill)

What would you consider as your 'dream job'?

A dream job for me would be a job where the team I work with, from the leadership down to the smallest person occupying a position works hand in hand for a common goal. A work environment that is fair and modest, and where people treat each other like a family. very seldom do we have companies and leaders that promote such work environment.

What are the most interesting aspects of your field?

Patient and People Interaction; there is always plenty of rooms for improvement and expansion in my field. I grew up in the profession as a staff nurse and was promoted from the ranks, as a Head Nurse, then as an educator. Now I am working in Quality and I attribute it to my training as a nurse.

What are the least interesting aspects of your field?

Some people not in line with the company's vision and goals
