Formal education, cause its better to learn first the basics before doing something, being skillful yet no knowledge about your work could be risky, having a formal education would lead you to work the right way,helping you to develop your skills the right way, making sure that you can work safely and effective. Describe the benefits of working with others 1. You can usually get a lot more done in a shorter amount of time. 2. Each member of the group has something unique that he/she can contribute. 3. If I am clueless on something a partner may be an expert on it.
