Im looking forward to work in Guam, beacause there are opportunities right now for nurses like me. What field do you currently work in? Field of Nursing. I am working as a staff nurse for 2 and half years now. What qualifications do you hold? I am a graduate of B.S. Nursing and a Registered nurse. I've worked as a nurse trainee for 5 months and was employed as a staff nurse for 2 years and 3 mos as of the present. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Both. Having a formal education gave me an idea about nursing. Where I was taught of the basics, the proper ways, the how's and why's. While skill is the application of all the things i've learned. Although skill is developed with the proper training, knowledge and skills worked together to be efficient in your chosen career. Describe the benefits of working with others Woking with others gives you the chance to share and enhance your knowledge for a common goal. To gain new ideas to be better in your work and also in your daily living. As the saying goes, "2 heads are better than 1." Describe the benefits of working alone Working just yourself brings out the best in you,to developed your maximum potential and at the same time you developed your self confidence, that you know you can do it. What was your worst working experience? to work unprepared! What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? In nursing, learning is a continuous process,never be afraid to learn new things, ask if you don't know. Coz we're dealing with lives, as they say "there's no room for mistakes." What unique skills do you have? Maximum self control and patience are very much needed in dealing with evry patient. And also a quick but careful decision-making. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? to be a chief nurse, and run a home care for adults someday What are the most interesting aspects of your field? Everyday is not the same,there's always something new learned. And you're able to help others in your little ways.. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? to see a life lost, when you can't do anything. And alfo to see families, relatives and friends grieving for their lost love ones.
