Nurse Job ApplicationWhat type of job are you looking for? Presently I hold a position in a University as an associate professor. I have been in the academe for 3 school years concurrent with my position as a hemodialysis staff nurse in a government hospital for more than 7 years. Since my experience and my inclination are geared towards dialysis I would like to apply as a staff nurse in a free standing dialysis clinic or hospital with a dialysis unit. What languages do you speak (and at what level)? I speak english, and have a band score of 7 in speaking in my IELTS exam What State are you looking to work in and why? I would like to work in Guam. It is quite near in the Philippines and the climate is almost the same. What field do you currently work in? I am in the academe, I follow up 4th year students in various affiliated institution in different areas of nursing. I am also a lecturer for N104 and N105. What fields have you worked in before? I have been a hemodialysis nurse for 4 years in a private hospital and a hemodialysis nurse in a government hospital for another 3 years. What qualifications do you hold? I am a graduate of De la Salle University Dasmarinas with a degree of Bachelor of Science in nursing, I am currently a registered nurse and midwife. I have finished my masters degree: Masters of Arts in Nursing major in Nursing service administration and Master of Science in Nursing. I am a certified and accredited renal nurse.
