Guam, because of its high in-demand of nurses, further more I like the said place and I heard the offer is good. What field do you currently work in? Presently, I'm not working since 2005 August. What fields have you worked in before? Nursing What qualifications do you hold? As staff nurse specialized in General Surgical with plastic/paediatric ward. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? In my opinion I'd go for formal education, why? Simply because more qualifications you have especially when looking for a job. The higher education you have the more you attracts the employer. Describe the benefits of working with others There are many benefits you get, first is less stress, second your not alone in terms of work assignment, and last you will not feel bored, sharing ideas one another is the best of all. Describe the benefits of working alone When your alone, your the big "boss", all the time is yours, and no pressure at all. What was your worst working experience? I don't know if this count as my worst working experience- when working in a nursing home alone with 36 patients as a night nurse. Though difficult at first but later I was able to handle the situation well. I think it was a big challenge on my part as a nurse and I love my job. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Being responsible in every decision making. What unique skills do you have? I'm punctual, diligent and most of all competent nurse. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? To be a successful nurse is my dream job. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? I love to work in general surgical ward. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? Not much interested in paediatric ward except when it is very much needed like shortstage of staffing.
