I'm a Registered Nurse in the Philippines, I have more than 4 years experience in the field of nursing and serving people in the variety of health care settings and currently working as a nurse. I'm an IELTS passer with total band score of 6.5. I'm a certified IV therapist. Proven record of reliability and responsibility. Remain calm and professional throughout critical incidents.Relate well to people from a variety of cultures. Energetic and hardworking with the ability to adapt the environment very easily.Exceptionally good communication and demonstration skills. Great ability to deal with the problems and queries of patient and their families. Provided the competent and dignified patient care.
Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?
Formal education, Because it would be our foundation of everything. If we don't have the knowledge but have the skills, its not balance. We should have the formal education 1st before the skills. Skills would be much better if we know what were doing through formal education.
Describe the benefits of working with others
In working with others, we can divide the work. We could do brainstorming, get the ideas of the team on how we could work together. And dividing of work so that each member of the team had a specific work to do. Working in a team is much better and easier. It lessen the work load of each member and we could ask questions anytime to our team member if we have any difficulties.
Describe the benefits of working alone
In working alone, we will do all the work. We will know all the step by step process, how to do it and when to do it. although it could be challenging for us, working alone, it would give us a chance to be more dependent. Sometimes, when working alone, we could work faster without any interruptions and we could work intently and we could be more responsible of our actions without blaming others.
What was your worst working experience?
My worst working experience was when my co-worker gave wrong medicine to the patient and she put my name on the medication sheet.
What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?
The most important lesson I have learn through my career is to be dedicated to my work and be sensitive to the people's needs.

I can cook and I can sew.
What would you consider as your 'dream job'?
I consider physician as my dream job.
What are the most interesting aspects of your field?
The most interesting aspect of my field are to be with different kinds of people and able to communicate with them well and assess them. And I'm able to care them as long as I can and as ong as they needed me.

The least interesting aspect of my field is NONE.

I'm so much dedicated to my work. As long as I'm able to give care to others, I would do so with all my heart.
