I consider them both valuable. Before you can put and show your skills at the hospital, you must know the basic knowledge behind that skills or procedure to be done. you must first know the proper way to do the procedure and you must know the theory behind that. in order for that to be done, you must have formal knowledge. after reading and studying all those theories, its time for you to do the procedure properly. if your prepared to do the procedure, there is less errors that can occur in those test and procedures.

most interesting aspect of this field is that there is a fast change in phase, meaning that we nurses and medical practitioners should always be updated to our field. if your a left behind, you should catch up with the trends of our field. how to achieve that? always read and study.
Wjat are the least interesting aspects of your field?
of course when you see you patient dying in front of you, even you did everything that you can do. Its hard for me to accept this reality, you build good rapport, trust and relationship to your patient and its very hard to accept in just one snap, any time you patient could die.
