Formal education or skills and why? well as for now, both is valuable but i would like to take skills because i want to earn extra cash to take care of my kids necessities, and for their education; and to top it of is to pay for my bills and i know of course that education is very important in life but not in now... Describe the benefits of working with others well its a team effort, i hope; but its good and challenging, but the important thing in a work place is to be yourself, do the task given, help other peers, honesty and most important rule is communication between you, peers and supervisor..... Describe the benefits of working alone welll its good but yet its boring because its like being at your home.. What was your worst working experience? its when you do something good and then someone gts the credit....i've been there and it really gets me bad... What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? being positive to your work and customers are your most important friend in a work environment and being a "TEAM"..... What unique skills do you have? well it all depends on what you mena by unique because i can work outside (bushcutting; cleaning; planting, etc.) but in the office its a little typing; xeroxing; filing; and still learning a little computer stuffs; cash register; and of some retial work mostly... What would you consider as your 'dream job'? my dream job is to work at a company that has a good environment, fun, and what you enjoy doing with the people you work for and with... What are the most interesting aspects of your field? well its getting the work done fast so you can move to the next task and maintaining the work area as presentable as can be... What are the least interesting aspects of your field? is when the job is not done or the boss gets in your case of something that is not appropiate for it to be there or someone said this and that, or when you do something good and someone gets the credits for it because you all are together doing it ....
