Very skilled in store operation, stock allocation, motivating people, budgeting, planning, coordination and managing stores. Skilled in providing training, people oriented with strong personal relations skills. Has interpersonal and leadership qualities with good analytical ideas, strong logistics management skills, computer dynamics and excellent Problem-solving techniques. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Skills, because excellent service is the primary key to success and you will learn that through experience and exposure. I don't have any worst working experience since I am taking all my negative and mistakes as part of my learning stage. Enjoy your job, learn and share.. the greatest achievement that I have is sharing all the success and expertise that I learned.
