I am here in Al Khobar Kingdom of Saudi Arabia i am working here as a Sales Manager. in the electrical , mechanical Division What fields have you worked in before? Most Of My Job experiences are all related in sales such as (Food Division Distribution in the Philippines as a Distric Sales Manager for years) (and 11 years experiences in Saudi Arabia)in the field of electrical and mechanical materials and safety materials,& building materials in the construction, petrol chemical plant, industry plant and etc... What qualifications do you hold? Highly educated in the line of construct.ion and factory,plant, petro chemical and other plant in the field of electrical and mechanical,building safety materials distribution Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Education refers to the process of learning and acquiring information. Education can be divided into two main types: formal learning through an institution such as a school and self-taught learning or what is often termed life experience. Generally, education is important for learning basic life skills, as well as learning advanced skills that can make a person more attractive in the job market.but when you say Skills only give teeth to knowledge. skills are of lower value than knowledge. Skills are often non-contextual. That means, you would learn it exactly the same way irrespective of where it would eventually be applied. If any particular skill is only partially known then it becomes a blunt tooth. Hence, each skill should be learnt to sufficient depth or the skill should be left to someone else entirely. Describe the benefits of working with others Working successfully with others requires practical as well as personal skills. One of the main advantages of working with others is that you can benefit from the skills of others that you may not have yourself, and share your own skills. In this activity you are going to solve a puzzle and explore some of the typical challenges of working in a group. Nine students have been instructed by their tutor to work in three groups of three to perform a course task. Your task is to decide on the best way to form the three groups taking into account the students' personalities and different skills, so that they complement each other Describe the benefits of working alone I think it depends on the type of work and your personality. If you're the type that needs to be around people being alone would be torture. They would be bored and wouldn't be able to concentrate. Some work better in a competing atmosphere. So, for the one who is able and strives on being secluded and has the type of work that doesn't require anyone else. It would be heaven, peaceful, they would be able to gather their thoughts. However they would need some source of inspiration if not from other people What was your worst working experience? Working with people who dont accept mistakes make them self always on high on their ego. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Work is not finish until all the paper works are done What unique skills do you have? I guess my sales experiences through out the years... What would you consider as your 'dream job'? To Have my own office or my own business... What are the most interesting aspects of your field? meeting all types of person their behavior how to deal with them and i guess travelling a lot makes me more energetic or i can say ...always on the go. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? When you know that you contribute to much for the company you are working it feels so different! people look at you as a savior...or special person.
