I'm looking for Customer Service Jobs: Most of my recent job was Customer Service Relation and I love dealing with the customers, And i really enjoyed serving customers. What languages do you speak (and at what level)? I can speak Filipino, English in intermediate and a Basic Japanese. What State are you looking to work in and why? Actually mam / sir. I don't have any idea in Guam place but I prefer to work in city, but anywhere where the open jobs available it's ok to me. What field do you currently work in? Real Estate. What fields have you worked in before? International Retail Brand like Lacoste, Bally, Ninewest etc.... What qualifications do you hold? I Finished a Second year in College in Business Administration Major in Management. I finished also a Six Month short Course in Computer Science. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Skills.A formal Education does not give you life skills or make you smarter than someone that did not graduate high school. Describe the benefits of working with others working in a team is a great motivation and ideas also in moral in the work place growth and job satisfaction, building relationship and networking. Describe the benefits of working alone I think it depends on the type of work and personality. If you're the type that need to be around people being alone would be torture.They would be bored and wouldn't be able to concentrate. Some work better in a competing atmosphere.So, for the one is able and strive on being secluded and has the type of work that doesn't require anyone else. It would be heaven, peaceful, they would be able to gather their thoughts. However they would need some source of inspiration if not from other people. What was your worst working experience? my worst experience was, When i encounter a Foreign customer, and the the customer don't know how to speak English. We cannot understand each other, The customer is starting hysterical, he used to shout on me and throw the item on my face. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? the lesson I've learned in that case is I must ask help to my supervisor to solve that problem. And from that case I push myself to learn some foreign language even in basic. What unique skills do you have? I am capable enough to prove myself with vast experience and technical skills. taking up responsibility and challenges as well, can focus toward company's growth. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? a leader, to be in higher department like manager. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? you can developed yourself in aspect of public relationship and keeping professional attitude. no stress because you must always keep on smile.
