Customer ServiceWhat kind of job are you looking for Any good paying job that pays accordingly with my effort and skills. I would like to find a job in the governement that deals with customer service. I want to eventually master the key to satisfying peoples need and want. I also want to improve my social skills and communication skills that would get me ready for management positions What languages do you speak (and at what level)? Yapese a little bit of Japanese and English What field do you currently work in? I work in the golf industry as a customer service staff, in the operation department. What fields have you worked in before? I have worked at the University of Guam at the admissions and records for three years. What qualifications do you hold? I like working with people. I would say my social skills have improved from the type of work I do and also my communication skills have gotten better to where I have no hesitant to talk to people. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Both/ I believe that skills is very important which gets things done and education is the foundation of our basic knowledge of getting by at any field. Describe the benefits of working with others Working in a team gets things done faster and also more effectively. Two brains is a lot smarter than one. More importantly we learn when we teach others what we know. Describe the benefits of working alone Getting things done on your own ideas What was your worst working experience? Not getting a good pay What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Every work force has its ups and downs. We have to work within ourselves to fit the environment and make the best of it. What unique skills do you have? I like to give ideas and learn from others, then I love the idea of teaching other what I know and master so that they can go on to do the same for others. The only way that our society can move forward is to pass down good knowledge to the new generation and leave a legacy for our our fellow citizens. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? Honestly, any job that pays me enough for what I work for and most importantly the people I work with. Having a strong team to accomplish more. What are the most interesting aspects of your field?
