What type of job are you looking for?

WELDER-GMAW, SMAW, and other kinds of civil works

What languages do you speak (and at what level)?

tagalog-fluent English- meduim

What State are you looking to work in and why?

I choose Guam among other states because there is a new prospect of military base construction as published in the newspapers

What field do you currently work in?

building construction such as installation of steel columns, beams and rafters.

What fields have you worked in before?

the same field for the past 12 years

What qualifications do you hold?

GMAW & SMAW certificate from TESDA with WPQTR, NAVFAC from PASEI

Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

Skills. Because it is easier to attain and to land a job.

Describe the benefits of working with others

It is always beneficial to work with others because through them you could learn some knowledge and skills which you do not posses and vise versa.

aside from that, you could organize yourselves into a team thus making the job easier to accomplish

Describe the benefits of working alone

working alone makes you more focused to the job at hand. there is no distraction and there is no one to blame except yourself when in case you fail.

What was your worst working experience?

When I worked hard and made my job well done but sad to say I was not completely paid

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?

integrity, good quality work and loyalty to a company you are working for is the most important for me as a mere worker. because later on you will always be demanded and welcomed by any company you worked with.

no man is an island.. people should lived peacefully among his fellowman.

What unique skills do you have?

I also have a little knowledge in painting arts

What would you consider as your 'dream job'?

to be able to work abroad as a welder

What are the most interesting aspects of your field?

so far all my works that has been done was accepted satisfactorily

What are the least interesting aspects of your field?

a very hazardous and dirty job
