Both, because for formal education, everyone has to have academics to even look for a job. & Skills, you need them to get your task done for whatever job you have. Describe the benefits of working with others The benefits would be that you would have people around you to learn from and to help. Describe the benefits of working alone The benefits of working alone is that you shouldn't always depend on one another to get the job done. What was your worst working experience? My working experience were with kids, & it takes many responsibilities to keep up & make sure everyone does their part. But getting in trouble for doing stupid actions around kids and getting blamed for it, even if you didn't do it. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?
