I am currently worjing in a manufacturing company as a process engineer specializing in system implementation such ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. What fields have you worked in before? I have worked as a training engineer in a manufacturing firm. What qualifications do you hold? I am a licensed electrical engineer. I also completed the 40 hour training for Basic Occupational Safety and Health and Lost Control Management. I am also a qualified internal auditor for ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? I consider skill as the more valuable since if you lack skills you will not be able to do the task with a minimum time and effort exerted but with good results. Describe the benefits of working with others Working with others helps you develop your interpersonal skills, the way you interact with other people. Describe the benefits of working alone Working alone can make you finish a task without any distractions. What was your worst working experience? Being not able to meet the deadline given to finish a certain task. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? The most important lesson is to have a plan on everything you do whether it is just a simple task. Since a plan will help you to be in the right direction. What unique skills do you have? I am a hard worker and can work under pressure. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? To be able to work in a company where I can practice my profession.
