Formal education or skills and why? I think skills are more valuable basically because not everybody that is educated can perform, they would be very intelligent with their books and terrible with performing what they studied. Describe the benefits of working with others Working with others benefited me very much because I get to learn a little bit of what they do, I got to test my skills with performing duties with others that is knowing how strong I was to withstand and I also made my family grow a little in terms of gaining friends. Describe the benefits of working alone You get to concentrate on your task more and you get to grow as a person. What was your worst working experience? Having to loose a very good supervisor. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Well this might be funny, but my most important lesson that I have learnt is that writing mails is very important.
