I would consider more valuable Skills because when you have a gifted quality it's unique and no matter if someone else has more formal eduaction than that someone that has a unique he can never compare himself to him and even if he doesn't have formal education he can always learn no matter how old he/she is. The most important lesson i have learnt throughou my career is that you should keep keen focus on your reason for working, and not to get emotionally involved with workers since it has a great negative impact on work performace and productivity is greatly reduced.
