To built up an eye Institute of international standard with community oriented to serve the poorest of the poor along with usual private consultation to render service to everybody in Guyana.

Hindi,English(proficient) Tamil, Malayam,punjabi,Bengali(only speaking) Arabic, Persian-Urdu(only speaking)

education along with skill. with both one can teach and trained others to work in different areas of the country.

most important is Team-Work.This enable the the person to know about co-ordination/co-operation and discipline to get more out of the person in terms of work and knowledge and training.

Indepency no administrative hassels

What was your worst working experience?

having a well equipped Dept. without trained paramedical staff

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?

Team-work in already established organisation and to take initiation to start a new dept.

What unique skills do you have?

To built up the dept. at start which requires tremendous amount of skill/patience to work alone and teach/trained others at the same time

What would you consider as your 'dream job'?

to keep teaching and traing along with more self-learning

Children's Circle Mission has approval to bring one infant to Michigan, USA for FREE vitreo-retinal surgery. Pre-op is on July 13 and surgery will be on July 16, 2010. Only the child will be coming to the USA. There is no expense to the child's family.
