I think skills is more valuable, but I do think also that formal education is important to develop skills. Something is missing if skill does not link to formal education Describe the benefits of working with others Working with others help to take advantage of one another different views of the situations in other to make a better decision. It help to take into considerations ideas of people from other field to make a much sustainable decision. Ability to work as a group or as a team lead to greater chance for success.
