I consider them both very important, because there can be formal education while learning your skills. Describe the benefits of working with others You can learn from one another, therefore if you are working with many people, the knowledge can be endless for you to learn. Describe the benefits of working alone You can see exactly where your own personal skills are, and where you need to improve. What was your worst working experience? A client of mine had a heart attack, i was the only one who was able to give CPR/First Aid and unfortunately he passed away. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? To take your time, if you do not you can hurt yourself or others. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? Managing a foreign construction site from start to finish. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? The fine detail that gets put into my work as a fine carpenter. What do you consider a hard worker? Someone that cares about there work, not just at a job site, but one who will also care about it at home. Someone who will also do there best in the situation they are in.
