I have A Masters degree in Business Administration, i hold a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business Administration, I am a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), i hold a level 2 in Investements and Securities ( equivalent to Certified Financial Analyst (CFA)) Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? I consider the Skills more valuable as it is more practical as compared to the theoretical framework of the formal education. But Skill coupled with the formal eduaction gives a diserable result or outcome. What was your worst working experience? When i was working in a bank at the Finance department headoffice where my signature was forged and a fraud was about to happen whe it was stopped at the last approval stage where i had to re confirm the transaction only to find out that i had not even placed an order in the first place. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? I have learnt that never to make a hasty decision when you are under pressure always take time to think as every decision taken is very important What unique skills do you have? I have Financial management skills. i was recognized for having been ranked 6th countrywide(Kenya) in the Fiancial management professional exams. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? Financial Manager in an International Organization What are the most interesting aspects of your field? Investment of funds in various investment products offered by the financial institution and the derivative products to hedge against exchange rates What are the least interesting aspects of your field?
