Accounting What fields have you worked in before? Accounting, mortgage, appraisal What qualifications do you hold? Bachelor degree in accounting, associates degree in business administration and a mortgage broker license. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Formal education is more valuable for me because it requires more time,and once you have formal education it is easier to acquire the skill than if it is the other way around. Describe the benefits of working with others I have 401K ( pension plan), health insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, sick times, vacation. Describe the benefits of working alone Independent jugement, it is one of the ways to have your voice heard when it comes personal opinions. What was your worst working experience? That was when I was working in an assembly line where there was no room for moving ahead in terms of getting a higher position. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? One of the most important lessons that I have learned throughout my career is getting myself educated in order to cope with the life's challenges. What unique skills do you have? The unique skills that I have are my willingness, ability, integrity and my loyalty to perform any task that comes before me. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? My dream job would be a job where I can have my input in the task that I am performing and for the benefit of the public. What are the most interesting aspects of your field?
