Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? I would like to say skills because the students of present days get certified in a theoretical way but they failed when it come to jobs. So it will be better for me to consider the skill in all aspects and so management can filter those who were not fit in the practical work. Describe the benefits of working with others When you're working on a team with others, you can encourage one another. You can develop a bond, cultivate a friendship. You can learn how to depend on each other, learn the art of cooperation. You can, potentially, do less while achieving the same standard of work because the other teammates are there to help contribute to the goal as well, so it's not only you that's working hard for something. Other people also have other ways of doing things, and you can learn from their ways. Describe the benefits of working alone Working alone gives more independence and power to decide. It enables acting according to one's judgment without facing criticism. What was your worst working experience? When I lost mother at a very young age, I didn't know would become of me since my mother was the only person in my life beside my older brother who also depended on our mother. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? One of the most important lessons that I have learned in life is to "face your fears". Fears can hold us back from experiencing everything that life has to offer. When we give into fear we limit ourselves. My fear was that life is over for me and my brother since our mother was the only caring for us. What unique skills do you have? I give everyone the benefit of doubt, until proven otherwise. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? Working in my home country Haiti. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? The most interesting aspect of my field is when I put a smile on a client face. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? The least interesting aspects of my field are when I have to deal with third party software and they can’t provide the necessary support needed to result the issue on hand.
