Skills; classroom knowledge is essential but skill in the field is the proof of lessons learned. Describe the benefits of working with others the benefit of working with others is the exchange of information and skills that happens as a natural course of working together. Describe the benefits of working alone Working alone provides a unique opportunity to focus attention solely on the task at hand without the need for instruction or management. What was your worst working experience? Not having work! What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Experienced people are the ones who have seen or made mistakes and have learned to avoid those pitfalls. What unique skills do you have? I have the ability to inspire, teach, motivate and coach people in the construction industry, as I have ascended through the ranks and have not forgotten from where I came. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? Managing construction of new homes in a ravaged country like Haiti. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? I find it most interesting to have the ability to 'keep my eyes on the prize", that is; be able to focus on the beautiful finished product (houses) when in the 'dirt and mud' phase. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? Not so much interested in estimating. What are you 'best' at doing. I excel at taking projects from inception to completion.
