I always trained on the jobs and now I am studying administration at University Notre Dame in a special program. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? I consider Skills more valuable than formal education. Most of successful persons didn't attend a formal education, so it's necessary to have a good background, but it isn't indispensable to reach success in life. Describe the benefits of working with others There are many benefits of working with others like: - it's a challenge to do everything better than peers - more motivation to move forward, - it's a great opportunity to assist or to be assisted if needed, - Many times it's very interesting of doing something with others. My worst working experience was at UNIBANK when some money have been stolen and the responsibility was given to me without any proof.I will be cleared few months later, but I was already licenced. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? The most important lesson is that: what ever your objectives the customer satisfaction must be first.
