What fields have you worked in before? Management What qualifications do you hold? Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting. 15 years of management experience. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Both are valuable. Describe the benefits of working with others I like to teach and coach others. I like to learn from others. Nothing is more satisfying than realizing a project in a team setting. Describe the benefits of working alone I never worked alone, but I would guess the benefits would be that you can make your own schedule and work at your awn pace. What was your worst working experience? Managing a store with 2 General Managers. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Treating people the way you would like to be treated. In other word: respect. Try to make a difference everyday. What unique skills do you have? I am very good with numbers. My analytical skills are excellent. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? Working in a capacity to help others. Because I was raised poor in a poor country, my dream was always to go back and make a difference in people's life. I would like to show/teach people how they can change their lives. I would like to take away their fear and give them hope. Nothing will give me more satisfaction than putting a smile on some people's face. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? Since I studied business that allows me to understand many facets of life. My background makes me see myself as a problem-solver. In Business you're always searching for solutions. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? Knowing there is not a solution for every problem sometimes. Where do I see myself in 5 years?
