Haiti needs everythingThe Haitian people are great examples of decent and brave human beings. This statement seems like something that is just "nice" to say about somebody.If you take a walk around a street in any Haitian city or town, you get the full impact of the statement. These people are struggling to stay alive without anybody´s help, organization, resources, anything. Disease is rampant, some people are still injured from the big earthquake and limp around with broken bones and open injuries. Physicians are severely needed, half of the ones there were were killed by the earthquake. Of course, international aid has flowed into the country, but mostly private foundations and religious missions. The real aid, from governments and international organizations, has not been seen.
