I speak English, Spanish, French, and Creole. I am fluent in all of them. What country or area are you looking to work in and why? I would be more than happy to work in Haiti because the country really needs my help. It is up to you if you would to send me somewhere else to work. What countries have you worked in? I worked in the Dominican Republic for more than two years in some American call centers. What countries do you have a visa to work in? In the Dominican Republic. What field do you currently work in? I am not working now. What fields have you worked in before? I used to be a Customer Care Representative in the Dominican republic. What qualifications do you hold? i used to be Employee of the month. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Both are important. You need to be educated formally so you can develop , improve and value your skills. You also need to have skills so you can transform what you learn. Describe the benefits of working with others When you work with others, it is easier for you to do things better and bring better and faster results to the company you work for. You can also learn a lot from people because everyone is source of knowledge. This another way to save time and do more than you are supposed to do by only yourself. Describe the benefits of working alone When you work by yourself, It gives you more interest to discover things by yourself. It also gives you a sense of responsibility when you know you will not often have someone by your side to help you. What was your worst working experience? The worst one was at the beginning of my first job in a call center in Santo Domingo where we used to have some technical problems with the system and the customer had to call back several times a day to get service and they were so angry. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? I learned how to better take care of people in need. How to empathise, use my courtesy and concern, and also try to put myself in their shoes. What unique skills do you have? Learning and speaking languages with fluency. I also sing. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? Actually, I really enjoy those three I mentioned above. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? The most interesting aspects are the the facts I have the chance to interact with people and I love that. I learn more about people and different cultures or countries. I also learn more about technology. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? To be honest, I found everything good. Maybe It is just because I love what I was doing.
