Describe the benefits of working with others In my philosophy , I consider everyone I meet in my life is an new experience and apprentiship.In my fields of experience I use to meet people fron around the world. It is a very rich experience; same thing when I worked in mental health with adolescent with behavior problems. Describe the benefits of working alone There is any benefit to work alone, in my point of view . I never got that kind of experience, in my professional life. What was your worst working experience? As a supervisor, I worked too much one time and became super stressed. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? I could manage and worked with any dificult or easy situation in my life and able to interreact with anyone. What unique skills do you have? Comprehensive , serious and professional, confidential,good judgement, and finally , working to improve quality of client life. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? Working where people are in really need in a way to help them devlopping their own skills and community. When a worker faces misundederstanding from people who suppose to support action.
